Pixydocs was founded in the summer of 2020 by Tyson Youngberg and Carl Hurdman. They both worked in the field of public accounting and had a passion for automating business processes. While pursuing such automation processes, they discovered a large gap between the capabilities of AI & Machine Learning and the ability of business users to harness that technology.

They discovered that most technology was focused on consumer-based novelties than on fully automating business processes. Given Carl’s background in software development at Deloitte and Tyson’s background in accounting, Pixydocs was born.

Our vision

We’re building the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution of the next decade to come. From the outset, we’ve focused on bridging the gap between the capabilities of technology and the people who use it on a daly basis.

Our Mission

For Pixydocs to be successful, we must create technology that can increase the speed, simplicity, and/or accuracy of daily business tasks while simultaneously either reducing the costs or increasing the revenues derived from those tasks.
